BIB Distribution
BIB Distribution date: Saturday, 21st September 2019 – from 11 am to 5 pm only .
[BIB will NOT be distributed on the Race day morning]
As proof of registration, you can show a print-out of the registration confirmation or [better still to help save some trees] you can show the same on your phone screen or the sms of the same communication.
It is mandatory to produce a photo ID proof, even if you are collecting your own Race kit / BIB.
There will be on the SPOT REGISTRATION available at the expo for new / unregistered runners for 5K RAINBOW RUN ONLY. On Saturday September 21st 2019 until 6:00PM
Those who wish to collect a Race kit/ BIB on behalf of a friend will have to produce the Authority letter Download Here as per the prescribed format.
If someone is collecting Race kits / BIBS on behalf of a group of friends, he’ll have to carry individual Authorization letters for each of those runners separately.
